Head of Payment Systems Management and Support Division

Armenian Card is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead company’s Payment Systems Management and Support Division. Head of division will be responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of processing systems, with a focus on networking, SQL databases, Linux environments, NGINX, and related technologies.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of networking infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security,
  • Manage SQL databases, including installation, configuration, tuning, and monitoring to support organizational requirements,
  • Administer Linux server environments, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization,
  • Configure and maintain NGINX web servers to deliver high-performance and scalable web applications,
  • Develop and implement strategies for the effective management and optimization of processing systems infrastructure,
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, IT operations, and cybersecurity, to ensure seamless integration and operation of processing systems,
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, recommendations, and insights on processing systems performance and initiatives,
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to processing systems administration, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS,
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in processing systems administration to drive innovation and continuous improvement,
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration,
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive productivity and accountability.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or in a related field. A Master's degree is preferred,
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in processing systems administration, with expertise in networking, SQL databases, Linux environments, and NGINX,
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve organizational goals,
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to details,
  • Proficiency in implementing and managing security measures and compliance standards in processing systems infrastructure,
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenia, Russian and English languages,
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, RHCE, MCSA, Nginx Certified Administrator) will be a plus.

Job Description:

Head of the business development and partnership department is responsible for developing and implementing strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expansion. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating partnerships with key stakeholders, and managing relationships with existing partners.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute business development strategies
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats

Computer Systems Specialist

Job description:

 

"Armenian Card" CJSC is looking for a skilled and motivated Computer Systems Specialis to join the Company’s Computers and Operating Systems team. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring the operation of computer equipment and operating systems.

 

Job responsibilities

 

  • Install, manage and maintain all system hardware and software throughout the Company,
  • Perform regular maintenance on software and associated ancillary equipment,
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements, modifications or changes to the Company’s IT systems,
  • Provide technical support and direction to staff to ensure effective use of systems,
  • Other related duties as assigned.

 

Required qualifications

 

  • Higher technical education in computer science, information systems, engineering, or in a related field,

IT Architecture, Business analytic and Integration Specialist

Job description:

Administer and support the integration between our BPMN product/Employer Specific application and the Bank’s core banking platform. The Data Integration Specialist’s role is to model/map and execute all activities related to the integration of data across various sources into an organized format. This individual is also responsible for the monitoring of data flow between various servers and APIs and implement the most efficient architecture for the organization’s needs.

  • Administer and support the integration between core banking systems as outlined in current process and procedure documentation. Develop and maintain processes and procedures for the systems.
  • Administer and support mapping data between systems, third party applications housed inside the Company following all applicable security policies and procedures. Primary duties include working with the architecture of the systems and mapping of data structures. Working closely with the departments of the Bank and Business Analysts to define and develop data request/response requirements using a customer specific protocols/specifications.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead in data integrations with various systems that are utilized
  • Support customers in analyzing their requirements and develop regulations, documentation and interfaces for the integration of the involved business partners
  • Analyze and develop B2B standards and customized data integration mappings
  • Addresses problems reported by system and users and determines solutions
  • Identify data entry, retrieval, change, and delete issues, and work to ensure a high level of data availability.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and leverage solutions
  • Configure relevant components to ensure secure and successful data integrations
  • Analyze user requirements and, based on findings, help design functional specifications for client/server databases and database applications
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.
