About us

The idea of a unified payment system was raised in the Banking Association in the 90th. Later this idea was approved by the Central Bank of RA, which presented this program development project to USAID. The project was approved by USAID and in 1999 Memorandum about Intentions was signed between American Government and Central Bank of RA.

Armenian Card was established by Central Bank of RA and 10 trade banks in March 2000 with the goal of establishment and development a new payment system.

The Company presents service package, which gives an opportunity to banks to issue and acquire ArCa Classic, ArCa Gold, ArCa Business, ArCa Debit, ArCa Affinity, ArCa Co-branded and ArCa Platinum, using the modern technical, technologies and software of the processing centre, as well as the Company's professional assistance.

The Company is:
  • MasterCard Europe Principal Member and Processing Centre (Member Service Provider).
  • Third Party processor for VISA.
