Guidelines
If you want to be registered, please, click on Register… During registration you will need to fill in some fields.
Card Number (as written on the card, without spaces):
Your Name (as written on the card):
Expiry Date (valid thru):
Date of Birth:
Your Password in the Bank:
Expiry Date of Virtual Card:
Password of Virtual Card: (minimum 8 maximum 16 characters, no spaces)

1. Card Number
In this field you should enter the number of your plastic card. It is embossed on the card's front side.
Please note that the card number should be entered without spaces.
2. Your Name
In this field you should enter the name embossed on your plastic card. It is embossed on the card's front side. Please note that if there is an abbreviation preceding your name, such as Mr., Dr., or Miss, it should be entered too.
3. Expiry Date
In this field you should enter the expiry date of your plastic card. The expiry date of the card is embossed on the card's front side after "VALID THRU" label or "EXPIRES END".
4. Date of Birth
In this field you should enter your date of birth. It should be the same date that you have mentioned in the card registration form of your bank.
5. Your Password in Bank
In this field you should enter the password that you have mentioned in the card registration form of your bank. It is not your PIN code!
Note: Sometimes the "password" field in the bank registration form is called "your mother's maiden name". If you have forgotten your password, please refer to your bank for restoring it.
6. Expiry Date of Virtual Card
In this field you should specify the expiry date of the virtual card that you are creating. After that date your virtual card will be closed. Please note that you cannot create a virtual card with an expiry date longer than your real card expiry date. After the expiry of your virtual card, you can be registered again in the payment system for a new virtual card generation.
7. Password for Virtual Card
Type the password for your virtual card. It should have at least eight characters but not more than 16 characters. If you complete the registration successfully, the number of your virtual card and your password will allow you to access this site and perform online payments.
8. Retype Password
Retype the password that you have entered in the previous field.
After filling in all the fields, press "OK" button.
On this page, you need to specify the single and total transaction limits for your virtual card as well as for separate services and all type of services. This is meant to prevent possible frauds.
To make payments for electricity, gas, water, telephone(local, international, cellular, and Easy and Alo cards top-ups as well as VIVA Cell Classic cards), please, set limits in Public Utility Payments section.
To make payments for food, clothes, furniture, medicines, books, periodicals, tickets, techniques etc., please, set limits in Products with Delivery section. The cardholder ought to sign the cheque as a result.
To make payments for net services, subscription for electronic services, etc., please, set limits in E-Services without Delivery section.
To implement government securities purchase, payment redemptions, card to card money transfer, please, set limits in Banking and Financial section.
Set Limits for E-Payments
1. Single transaction limit
In this field you should specify the largest amount that can be spent during one
single transaction. For example, if you choose 25,000 drams, it means that your each payment cannot exceed 25,000 drams.
2. Replenishment period
This is the period of time (day, week, or month) during which the number of transactions is counted.
3. Transaction count
In this field you should specify the maximum number of transactions that you can make during the period of time specified in "Replenishment period" field. In the above example, it is possible to perform only ten transactions per month.
4. Total transaction limit
In this field you should specify the maximum amount that you can spend during the period of time specified in "Replenishment period" field. In the above example, it is possible to spend only 210,000 AMD per month.
Please note, that you cannot change these parameters after registration. If you need to change any of these parameters, you will have to create a new virtual card. The previous virtual card will be closed automatically.
After filling in all the fields, press "Submit" button for submitting the virtual card creation request.
If the entered data is correct, the system will create a virtual card and show it on the screen. Meanwhile the system will send you an e-mail with the activation code, which is necessary to make your card active. The e-mail contains an URL on which you need to click to make your virtual card active. After activation you can use your virtual card.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SYSTEM WILL USE THE E-MAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU HAVE PROVIDED TO YOUR BANK ON THE CARD REGISTRATION FORM, WHICH IS STORED IN THE SYSTEM DATABASE. IN CASE YOU HAVE NOT MENTIONED YOUR E-MAIL ON THE BANK REGISTRATION FORM, PLEASE REFER TO YOUR BANK AND REGISTER IT FOR MAKING E-PAYMENT OPERATIONS.
