To use the services offerred by this site, you need to register your card. Registration is free.
To register your card, you have to enter the following information:
- your card number (without spaces),
- your name (as embossed on the card),
- the expiry date of your card,
- your date of birth,
- your password in the bank (the password you have mentioned on the bank's card
registration form).

What are limits?
For each group of services you can determine the following parameters:
- SINGLE TRANSACTION LIMIT is the maximum amount during a specific period of time (replenishment period);
- TOTAL TRANSACTIONS LIMIT is the overall amount of transactions during a specific period of time (replenishment period);
- REPLENISHMENT PERIOD is the period of time during which the transactions count and total transaction limit are valid.
Can I change the parameters for my virtual card?
The existing parameters cannot be changed. You should create a new virtual card to change any parameters such as password, expiry date or limits. The previous virtual card will be disabled.
I try to register but I receive the message "Please verify the submitted information or refer to the issuer bank of your plastic card".
There are several reasons to decline the creation of a virtual card:
- You may have entered a name that is not identical with the one embossed on your plastic card;
- You may have entered a wrong expiry date for your plastic card.
- You may have entered a wrong password, i.e. one that does not correspond to the password that you have mentioned on the plastic card registration form of your bank
- You may have entered a wrong birth date, i.e. other than you have mentioned on the plastic card registration form of your bank.
If you don't remember one of the last two parameters, please refer to your bank.
For security reasons, your card can be blocked as a result of several repeated wrong registration tries. To unblock your card, you should refer to your bank.
I try to register but I receive the message "Registration refused".
Probably, your card is temporarily blocked for e-commerce transactions due to several repeated unsuccessful registration tries. You will receive an e-mail with the unblocking code.
I try to register but I receive the message "Card number does not exist".
You may have entered a wrong card number. Please note that the card number should be entered as it is embossed on your plastic card, without spaces.
I try to register but I receive the message "Your card is restricted". Refer to issuer bank.
Apparently you are trying to register a card that is not part of "ArCa" system.
At present, only "ArCa" plastic cards can be used for online transactions in this e-payments system.
I try to register but I receive the message "E-mail address is missing".
When you register your card in the "ArCa" e-payments system and create a virtual card, you need to activate it. The System will send an activation code to the e-mail address that you have mentioned in the bank registration form. If you did
not specify an e-mail address in bank registration form, you cannot use your card for e-commerce operations. Please refer to your bank to fix this problem.
I try to login but I receive the message "Login failed".
1. Probably your virtual card is closed because of several repeated wrong login tries. You need to re-register and create a new virtual card.
2. Apparently you have not activated your virtual card yet after successful registration.
Click on the link sent to you by e-mail to activate your virtual card.
I try to login but I receive the message "Authentication
failed".
You may have entered a wrong virtual card number and/or password. Please check and try again.
I try to make a transaction but I receive the message "No sufficient funds".
There may be several reasons:
1. The amount of the transaction may be larger than the single transaction limit specified by you during virtual card creation.
2. You may have exceeded the transactions number or the total transactions limit for the period specified by you during virtual card creation.
3. You may not have sufficient funds on your plastic card.
I try to register/make a transaction but I receive the message "Pick up card"
The card you try to use is identified as lost/stolen by the System. If you found this card please take it to the corresponding bank or call the number typed on the backside of the card.
